1. Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. Our goods must be of acceptable quality, fit for their intended purpose, and match their description.
If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement, refund, or other remedy as provided under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
2. Product Quality
William Kelly Photography uses professional archival materials selected for their exceptional quality and longevity. Depending on the product purchased, this may include museum-grade fine art papers, premium inks, archival mounting materials, and handcrafted presentation products.
Each item is carefully inspected before being packaged and dispatched.
3. Caring for Your Prints
Our fine art prints are designed to last for generations when displayed and cared for correctly.
To help preserve your artwork, we recommend:
Handle prints with clean, dry hands or preferably cotton gloves.
Hold prints by the edges only.
Avoid touching the printed surface.
Professionally frame prints using only archival-quality materials.
Display artwork away from direct sunlight and prolonged UV exposure, including flourescent and compact flurescent lighting.
Avoid hanging artwork in areas with excessive humidity, moisture, or temperature fluctuations, such as bathrooms or outdoor spaces.
Store unframed prints flat in their protective packaging until ready for framing.
Avoid folding, rubbing, rolling, scratching, or placing heavy objects on prints.
Fine art prints should ideally be professionally framed behind UV-protective glass.
Following these recommendations will help maximise the life and appearance of your artwork.
